裝載機(jī)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)渦輪增壓器異響怎么解決？

裝載機(jī)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)渦輪增壓器異響主要是由以下幾個(gè)原因造成的：增壓器法蘭卡箍和壓板螺栓松動(dòng)；壓氣機(jī)氣道阻塞或排氣道積炭造成增壓器喘振；壓氣機(jī)殼和渦輪殼變形、損壞或殼內(nèi)灰塵太多有異物；軸承軸頸和浮動(dòng)軸承過(guò)度磨損；渦輪、壓氣機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子失去動(dòng)平衡或旋轉(zhuǎn)件與固定件碰擦。
